Products and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, offers and product details at any time, but changes won't affect orders you have already placed. We try to show our products accurately, but colors and details can look slightly different on different screens.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the warranty are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product use

The Cirro CoolCore Cushion is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have ongoing pain or a medical condition, please speak to a doctor.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Cirro or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cirro isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed while it is displayed.
