Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

Address details

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us through our Contact page straight away. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered and you can't find it, contact us and we'll look into it and resend or refund the order.
