90-Day Comfort Promise

Try your Cirro CoolCore Cushion at home for 90 days from the day it is delivered. If it isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page within 90 days of delivery and include your order number.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send back the cushion together with any free covers that came with your order.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

1-Year Warranty

Your cushion is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. If a defect appears in normal use, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, cuts or accidental damage.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, you can return it under the 90-day promise above.
